DELIVERY INFORMATION:

CAP & GOWNS WILL SHIP TO THE SCHOOL; NOT YOUR HOME

-The cap, gown, and tassel units will be delivered to your campus on Monday, March 2, 2026. If we have already delivered to your school, please email grads@mygradaccount.com to find out how to get your cap and gown.

-Announcements & all paper products; necklaces, bracelets and most frames will be mailed to your home.

-Soft goods (apparel, keychain, tumbler, etc.) will be delivered either when we are at your school taking orders or delivering the cap & gowns.

-Rings that are paid in full when ordered will be shipped to the students home.

-Rings that are not paid in full when ordered will be shipped to us and we will contact you on how to receive your ring once paid in full.
